Not trivial to install but well worth it. Plan on spending the better part of a day unless you are a professional. My recommendation is to forget about replacing the pins in the mirror connector and Just splice the wires. I did this after wrestling with the connecter and decided to do so based upon the recommendation of Ed. I only gave this 4 Stars because the paper instructions were good but could be better. I really wanted to give it a 4.5 because Cubbycam Support was awesome.
