I have a 2009 Avalanche with Nav/XM and just put the Ipod Lockpick from CubbyCam. He replied every email I sent and I was having a problem with the installation and he guided me over the telephone of how to solve the problem. Good people to deal with and very nice product. Highly recommended. So again excellent product
